The Staff and Departmental Development Unit (SDDU) at the University of Leeds provides an extensive programme of in-house short courses for academic and other staff. Over the past six years Magela have run a number of courses helping staff to develop commercial understanding and skills. Currently Kevan Williams delivers a one-day course in Influencing skills which introduces tools and techniques for practical application.
