With over 500 scientific staff operating across a wide range of disciplines and sectors, CSL operates in a complex and changing scientific, policy and business environment addressing significant bio security issues.
Professor Mike Roberts, until recently CSL's Chief Executive, recognised the need for the Leadership Team to periodically stand back, survey the strategic landscape and establish objectives and plans for the future. He asked Matthew Last to design and facilitate a 2 day off-site workshop for the Team.
