Client: The Aqua Group The Aqua Group are one of the leading Building Services Groups in the UK with a multi-disciplined workforce of around 230. As part of the growth strategy Aqua's founder and Chairman, Richard Gibson, wants his Directors and Senior Managers to upgrade their management skills. Because he also wants this linked to a company wide attitude and culture changes he asked Magela to help. Pippa Basan has designed separate development programmes for Directors and Managers which incorporate approaches and tools that deliver knowledge, skills and behaviour change simultaneously. She has also ensured continuity by creating a blend of training, one to one coaching, team based project work and project work. Jim Griffiths, Aqua's Finance Director commented: 'We really believe that our business is now in better shape to meet the challenges and changes of the future, as a direct result of Magela's training programmes - which are ongoing.'
