Jane facilitated a time and stress management workshop for the Product Development and Marketing areas of Aveva. Both team and individual issues were addressed, based on data each participant gathered and analysed on their current use of time before the workshop. The day included techniques for setting boundaries, overcoming resistance to getting on with things, stepping out of urgency, busting time wasters and stress management.
