Jane has been running coaching skills workshops for a range of Genesis managers to help them raise productivity and motivation to a new level. The workshop introduces key coaching concepts and tools and, essentially, gives experience and practice for participants to develop a flexibility and subtlety of approach with their staff and to enhance communication skills with their team generally.
