East Northamptonshire Council, is a rural local authority of some 80,000 residents, based in Thrapston, Northants. In the autumn of 2007, as part of a Chief Executive Review, project management skills were highlighted as a priority for all managers and team leaders. Magela's Ian Hunt facilitated two days with ENC managers to map customer and project processes combined with project planning skills training.
