Middle and senior mangers are key to the success of all organisations but often their individual and collective development is subordinated to tasks, filling in for their staff and meetings.

Yet managers can only get better at what they do and develop their careers if they have time to reflect, learn, discuss, practice and benchmark.

Almost always this needs to be structured in a programme including a mix of training, one to one coaching, workshops, reading, writing Individual Development Journals and mentoring.
