1. What we will do:

  • Listen to you to find out more – ideally face to face
  • Send you an initial proposal with our understanding of what you are looking for, our analysis and recommended approach to achieving it and the role we can play
  • Work together with you to design a process to deliver your outcomes and leave you, as customer, delighted
  • Lay the basis for a long-lasting productive relationship, often a multi-layered one, helping at Board, Exec, team and individual levels.

2. What we won’t do:

  • Send you a brochure
  • Give you a prescriptive, blueprint answer
  • Sell you a standard off-the-shelf ‘product’
  • Explain in elaborate detail what we offer
  • Try and persuade you to sign a large contract
